Model Trading Company Ltd makes no claim of guarantee, warranty or any other claim, expressed or implied, that any item purchased is suitable for any purpose including the intended purpose. Further, you specifically agree when placing any order that you will hold Model Trading Company Ltd completely harmless and free of liability or blame for any damage, harm, loss or claim arising from the purchase, assembly, use or misuse of any product(s) purchased from us. Nothing said, written or implied by any person connected with Model Trading Company Ltd shall invalidtate any of the preceding disclaimer. The purchaser assumes all liability for all potential damages or claims that might arise from the purchase or handling of any items purchased. Allways use your safety guards. Never modify your machinery other than sujested by the manufacturer. Allways wear safety glasses and take all resonable precautions.
Warranty
Model Trading Company offer a one year return to base warranty, valid from the date of receipt. This covers any part or item that has been used as per the manufacturers instruction and recommendations. Normal Wear and Tear is not covered. Return postage is your responsibility. Your goods will be repaired or replaced with the same or similar goods. We will do everthing that is resonable and within my control to resolve you claim in a satisfactory manner.
Shipping And Handling
Internal delivery service is available to anywhere in mainland UK and Northern Ireland. All internal orders are dispatched using City Link or Parcel Force or Royal Mail 1st class delivery, Packing costs are included as part of the Postage and Packing charge.
Delivery Schedule
We will dispatch your order within two working days of the day of receipt if we have the order in stock.You will normally receive your order within 5 working days. If we do not have your order in stock, we will tell you by ither e-mail or telephone. We will tell you when we expect that part of the order to arrive. You will be given the opportunity to cancel that part of the order if you so wish. We may send your order in more than one package if some items are not in stock, however we will only charge you one postage fee.
Tax
All orders are inclusive of all UK taxes. If you are an international customer, it is your responsibility to pay any extra taxes due on the goods. We will not accept responsibility for any action taken by customs in your country. All international deliveries include a customs sticker notifying customs of the goods contained within the package. This is a customary requirement in the UK.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction on any products received faulty or damaged. We ask that you notify woodbits within 5 days of receipt and we will tell you how to return the goods to us. We will pay for the return postage for faulty or damaged goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Woodbits reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We may require faxed signatures and copies of credit cards prior to shipping any order.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
We accept back any goods which are not satisfactory for any reason for a full refund providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and in an 'as new' condition within seven days from the day after you receive the goods. A refund will not be given on postage charges and credit card company charges, paypal charges etc. We will not accept repeat orders from customers who abuse this returns policy. Please let us know that you will be returning the goods within 7 working days of receipt. You also have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money as soon as possible but within 30 days of your cancellation and return of the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Handling Complaints
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute and we will keep you informed about the progress. If you wish to make a complaint about our products or services, please e-mail us in the first instance to email address in the above graphic. Please provide full details of your complaint. Our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction and we rigorously investigate any complaint that you might have.

All Payments on woodbits.co.uk are made in £ (Pounds Sterling).
